Ingredients & Lab Tests

The 5 actives that make Nattoflux work

Five clinically-studied ingredients. Each dosed for what Malaysian guts actually go through — not Western-diet assumptions. All third-party lab-tested, every batch.

Gastro-AD® — the acid buffer

What it is: Patented natural acid-buffering complex (calcium carbonate + magnesium hydroxide + plant-derived alginates).

What it does in the gut: Neutralises excess stomach acid in 10 minutes. Forms a temporary protective layer over the gastric lining so trigger meals stop burning.

How much, how often: 250 mg per Rapid Relief sachet (lower dose in Stomach Food). Take at the first sign of burning or 15 minutes before a known trigger meal.

DigeZyme® — the enzyme blend

What it is: Patented multi-enzyme complex from Sabinsa (USA). Contains amylase, protease, cellulase, lactase and lipase.

What it does in the gut: Breaks down spicy, oily, and complex meals fast. Reduces post-meal bloating, gas and the heavy sluggish feeling after nasi lemak or mamak.

How much, how often: 150 mg per Rapid Relief sachet (75 mg in Stomach Food, where breakdown is slower-paced daily).

Pre & Probiotics — the gut flora reset

What it is: Live cultures (Lactobacillus + Bifidobacterium strains) plus prebiotic fibre that feeds them.

What it does in the gut: Restores gut flora balance. Especially helpful after antibiotics, high stress, irregular meals or junk-food binges that wipe out the good microbes.

How much, how often: 200 mg per Stomach Food sachet (100 mg in Rapid Relief). Daily for 4–6 weeks before you feel the baseline shift — gut flora rebuilds slowly.

Pomegranate Extract — the inflammation soother

What it is: Antioxidant polyphenols extracted from pomegranate fruit (punicalagins, ellagic acid).

What it does in the gut: Soothes inflammation in the gut lining. Supports long-term gut-wall integrity — the kind of healing that takes weeks, not minutes.

How much, how often: 100 mg per Stomach Food sachet (50 mg in Rapid Relief).

Kurma Extract — the daily fibre

What it is: Date palm fruit extract — a traditional Malaysian/Middle-Eastern food, concentrated for its soluble fibre content.

What it does in the gut: Natural sweetness + gut motility support. Soluble fibre helps food move properly, so you don’t get the "food baby" bloat that lingers for hours.

How much, how often: 150 mg per Stomach Food sachet (50 mg in Rapid Relief).

Lab reports

We test every batch at a Malaysian lab for nattokinase activity (FU/g), microbial safety (no harmful bacteria), and heavy metals (within KKM limits). Here are the reports for the current batches. We’ll publish the new one each time we produce a new batch.

What we DON’T put in.

The Malaysian supplement market has a serious problem with undeclared compounds — banned weight-loss drugs, undisclosed steroids, mystery stimulants. We’re stating clearly what’s NOT in Nattoflux:

  • No artificial colors
  • No artificial sweeteners (sucralose, aspartame, etc.)
  • No pork derivatives (it’s halal)
  • No alcohol-based extracts
  • No banned weight-loss compounds (sibutramine, phenolphthalein, fenfluramine — common in unregulated diet supplements)
  • No undeclared stimulants (caffeine, ephedrine, etc.)
  • No GMO soy (we source non-GMO soy)
  • No fillers beyond pharma-grade carriers

If you have specific allergen concerns, WhatsApp us and we’ll send you the full ingredient breakdown.

Before you order — please check

Pregnancy / breastfeeding

We recommend consulting your doctor first. We can’t comprehensively study supplement safety in pregnancy, so the responsible answer is: ask your OB-GYN.

Blood-thinning medication

Nattokinase has mild fibrinolytic (clot-breaking) properties. If you’re on warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel, or any other blood thinner, consult your doctor before taking Nattoflux. Don’t stop your medication on your own — talk to your prescriber.

Soy allergy

Both products contain fermented soy. Do not take if you have a soy allergy. Symptoms of soy allergy include hives, swelling, breathing difficulty.

Medical conditions

For ongoing chronic gastric, persistent GERD, suspected ulcers, H. pylori infection, or any condition lasting more than 4 weeks: please see a doctor first. Nattoflux is product guidance, not medical treatment.

Questions about ingredients? Just ask.

Every order includes free 1-on-1 WhatsApp consultation. We’ll walk you through any concerns — allergens, interactions, dosing, what to expect.
