What we can help with

What we DO help with

  • Usage timing (with food / before bed / on empty stomach)
  • What to combine the product with (or avoid combining)
  • What symptom changes to expect and when
  • Dosing for your specific eating pattern (mamak-heavy vs. clean-eater)
  • Re-ordering schedules and reminder setups
  • Maintenance dosing after symptoms resolve
  • Lifestyle nudges that pair with the product
  • Reading your own product label and lab results

What we DON’T do

  • Diagnose medical conditions (we’re not a clinic)
  • Replace your prescription medication
  • Treat ulcers, H. pylori, or other clinical conditions
  • Pediatric advice (consult a pediatrician)
  • Pregnancy advice (consult your OB-GYN)
  • Mental health support (please see a qualified professional)
  • Anything urgent or emergency-level (go to a hospital)

Response time

  • Within 24 hours, Monday-Saturday
  • Sundays + public holidays: slower (we’re a small team)
  • Urgent symptoms or suspected medical emergency: please go to a doctor or hospital first, then loop us in afterward if relevant

We’re a real small team in Malaysia. Not a 24/7 call centre. But we read every message and reply personally.

What past customers actually asked

Anonymised + permission-granted snippets. Names and details changed for privacy.

Q (Adam, 38, PJ): “I take Rapid Relief but still feel acid coming up after big meals. Should I take more?”

A: Increasing the dose isn’t the right move — Rapid Relief is dosed for a typical Malaysian portion. The issue is likely timing. Take it 15 min BEFORE the meal, not after. Also: if you’re drinking iced cold drinks with spicy food, that’s compounding things — the cold tightens the lower esophageal sphincter. Try room-temp water for a week and report back.

Q (Mei, 29, KL): “I’m pregnant. Can I take Stomach Food?”

A: Please consult your OB-GYN first. We don’t have safety data for pregnancy and the responsible answer is to defer to your obstetrician. If your doctor approves, the dosing stays standard. But the conversation starts with them, not us.

Q (Hafiz, 45, JB): “My doctor put me on Pantoprazole for GERD. Can I still use Rapid Relief?”

A: Generally yes — Rapid Relief and PPIs (Pantoprazole, Omeprazole, etc.) work via different mechanisms. PPIs reduce acid production; nattokinase supports lining repair. Many of our long-term customers use both. BUT: never stop your prescribed medication on your own. Mention to your doctor at your next visit that you’re using Nattoflux and let them weigh in.

Q (Priya, 32, Ipoh): “It’s been 3 weeks of Stomach Food. I don’t feel different. Refund?”

A: Yes — if it’s not working for you, we refund within 14 days no questions. BUT: before you decide, let’s check timing. Stomach Food works on a 4-6 week build, not 2-3 weeks. The shift is subtle — fewer attacks per month, not “I feel great today.” Track your attacks for the next 2 weeks. If still no change at week 6, message us and we refund.

Q (Tan, 51, Penang): “I want to order 5 bottles for myself + family. Discount?”

A: Yes — message us on WhatsApp before checkout and we’ll set up a family bundle. Roughly 10% off for 4+ units, plus we ship together to one address. Tell us who’s taking what (their main symptoms) and we’ll throw in personalised dosing notes for each person.

A note on what consultation is and isn’t

Our consultation is product guidance, not medical advice. We’re not doctors or pharmacists (though we collaborate with both). We won’t diagnose your condition. For ongoing chronic gastric issues, persistent GERD, ulcer symptoms, suspected H. pylori, or anything that’s lasted more than 4 weeks: please see your doctor first. We’ll happily support alongside their care. If you’re experiencing severe abdominal pain, blood in stool, unexplained weight loss, or difficulty swallowing: stop reading this page and go to a doctor or hospital.
