Why Navicare exists

Most gut supplements you can buy in Malaysia are imports. Translated from a Western context, marked up after customs, and missing the actual reality of how Malaysians eat. We watched friends and family try them, get inconsistent results, and end up frustrated.

We thought: someone should build this for our food culture specifically. Not “Malaysian-friendly” as an afterthought — Malaysian-first as the founding premise. Spicy intake, oily intake, irregular timing, durian season, mamak hours, Ramadan eating swings, the lot.

So we did. We partnered with local formulators, pharmacists, and nattokinase researchers to design Nattoflux — Navicare’s first product line. Two SKUs (Rapid Relief and Stomach Food), one for the acute attack, one for daily maintenance. Lab-tested in Malaysia. KKM-notified. Halal-certified. Built from the ground up for the way we actually eat.

How we work

We’re a small team of 6 based in Malaysia. We sell through TikTok, Shopee, our WhatsApp Community, and now navicare.my. Every order — regardless of which platform you bought through — comes with a free 1-on-1 WhatsApp consultation, because we’d rather help you get the right product than push the biggest sale.

We’re endorsed by Dr1Share (1M+ TikTok healthcare creator, our signed ambassador) and a growing network of Malaysian pharmacists and doctors who’ve tried the product and recommend it to their patients with chronic gastric and GERD symptoms. None of them are paid endorsers — they made the content on their own platforms. We feature them with permission.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t make medical claims. Nattoflux is a wellness supplement that supports gut function. It’s not a cure for any medical condition. For diagnosed conditions, see a doctor.
  • We don’t diagnose. Our WhatsApp consultation is product guidance, not medical advice.
  • We don’t sell what we don’t use ourselves. Everyone on the team takes Nattoflux. If we wouldn’t take it, we wouldn’t sell it.
  • We don’t run MLM or multi-level schemes. Our affiliate program (launching in Phase 4) is single-level only — you earn 15% on direct sales from your link, period. No downlines, no “team building”, no “leadership ranks.” Open and simple.
  • We don’t outsource our customer support. When you WhatsApp us, you’re talking to a real person on the Navicare team. Not a chatbot, not a call centre.
