Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Returns requested after this window cannot be accepted.

What qualifies

  • Product is unopened with the original seal intact.
  • Original box and packaging are undamaged.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.

What does not qualify

  • Opened or partially used products (for hygiene and food safety reasons).
  • Products damaged by misuse or improper storage after delivery.
  • Items purchased on clearance or flash sale (case-by-case).

How to start a return

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item — in that case we cover return shipping.

Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we refund to your original payment method within 7-14 working days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged or the wrong item, please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
