Courier partner

We ship within Malaysia via NinjaVan with full tracking.

Coverage

All of Malaysia, including East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders placed before 12 PM (MYT) on a working day ship the same day. Orders after 12 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, ship the next working day.

Delivery time

• West Malaysia: 2-3 working days after dispatch.
• East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak): 4-6 working days after dispatch.

Shipping fees

Shipping fee is shown at checkout, calculated based on weight and destination. Free shipping for orders above RM 150.

Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched you will receive an email with the NinjaVan tracking number. You can also view tracking in your My Account page.

If your parcel is delayed

NinjaVan delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If your parcel exceeds the expected delivery time by 3+ working days, WhatsApp us at +60 13-488 9772 and we will follow up with NinjaVan directly.
