These terms govern your use of navicare.my and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Who we are
navicare.my is operated by THREE LUPINES SDN BHD, a company registered in Malaysia. All references to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean THREE LUPINES SDN BHD.
2. Products
Our products are food supplements and functional foods, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
3. Pricing & orders
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or insufficient stock. Payment is processed by Revenue Monster; we never store your full card details.
4. Shipping & delivery
We ship within Malaysia via NinjaVan. Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
